Egg and Sausage Scramble
|Eggs||6 , slightly beaten|
|Bread slices||6 , cubed|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Pork sausage/Smokies||12 Ounce, fully cooked, cut into pieces|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine all the ingredients together, stir to mix.
2) Place in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
3) Cover and cook in the microwave for 13 to 14 minutes, until done.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
