Kay's Quick Pate

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 4 Ounce
  Liver sausage 8 Ounce (Use Very Soft Variety)
  Dry vermouth 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed black pepper To Taste (Or Milled)
Directions

Cream the butter, add the liver sausage and mash together until smooth.
Gradually work in the dry Vermouth, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Divide the pate between small pots and level the tops.
