Kay's Quick Pate

|Unsalted butter||4 Ounce|
|Liver sausage||8 Ounce (Use Very Soft Variety)|
|Dry vermouth||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Crushed black pepper||To Taste (Or Milled)|
Cream the butter, add the liver sausage and mash together until smooth.
Gradually work in the dry Vermouth, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Divide the pate between small pots and level the tops.
