  Sage 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lean fresh pork 4 Pound (Trimmed Of All Fat And Ground)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix in the meat with the seaonings and blend them well; shaoe into three ounce patties
2.Broil them three to four inches away from the heat source in a broiler until no longer pink in colour

SERVING
3. Serve as apropriate
