Sausage and Bow Tie Bash
|Nonfat milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Green bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Smoked sausage||7 Ounce|
|Cooked pasta||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
In small bowl, combine soup and milk; mix well.
In large nonstick skillet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, saute onion, pepper and garlic until tender.
Add mushrooms and salt; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add sausage and soup mixture; mix well.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 minutes longer.
Add pasta and toss until coated with sauce.
