Sausages With Lentils

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Pork sausages 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Mushrooms 2 Ounce, sliced (50 Gram)
  Celery stick 1 , sliced
  Lentils 2 Ounce, soaked (50 Gram)
  Stock 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the sausages until evenly browned .
2) Move the sausages on the side of the pan, saute the onion, mushrooms and celery until soft; stir in the drained lentils, stock, salt and pepper into the pan, allow to the boil, simmer covered for 15-20 min, until the stock disappear and the lentils are tender.

SERVING
3) Serve immediately.
