Sausages with Lentils
|Pork sausages||6 Ounce (175 Gram)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Mushrooms||2 Ounce, sliced (50 Gram)|
|Celery stick||1 , sliced|
|Lentils||2 Ounce, soaked (50 Gram)|
|Stock||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
1) In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the sausages until evenly browned .
2) Move the sausages on the side of the pan, saute the onion, mushrooms and celery until soft; stir in the drained lentils, stock, salt and pepper into the pan, allow to the boil, simmer covered for 15-20 min, until the stock disappear and the lentils are tender.
3) Serve immediately.
