Spicy Black Bean And Sausage Soup

Ingredients
  Canned black beans 15 Ounce, divided (1 Can)
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), divided
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Beer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Turkey kielbasa 3 Ounce, diced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, add about half a cup of beans and a quarter cup water and blend until smooth
2. Heat oil in a medium saucepan and add onions and garlic to it; saute till tender for almost five minutes
3. Add the beans puree, remaining whole beans, one cup water, chili powder, hot sauce, bear, cumin, salt and pepper and bring it to a boil
4. Turn the ehat down, cover it and simmer for five minutes
5. Add the turkey kielbasa and cook for another minute

SERVING
6. Serve as appropriate
