Chicken And Sausage Ragout
|Chicken breasts||1 Pound|
|Dill pickle||1 Large|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Paprika pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Stock||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|White wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Salami||8 Ounce, sliced|
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the pickle.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the pieces of chicken, paprika, salt, pepper, stock and wine.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
Add the salami slices, pickle and cream and heat through gently for 5 minutes.
