Hot Sausage and Bean Stew

Ingredients
  Dried beans 1 Pound (Pink Variety)
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Yellow bell pepper/Orange bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Canned diced tomatoes in juice 15 Ounce, peeled (1 Can)
  Fresh jalapeno 1 , seeded and chopped
  Hot water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Bulk pork sausage 3⁄4 Pound (Spicy Or Hot)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a slow cooker, add beans, onion, bell pepper, garlic, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno chili, water and chili powder.
2. Keep the cooker aside.
3. In a medium skillet, Put the sausage and cook until brown.
4. Add cooked sausage to the cooker.
5. Cover the lid and put the cooker on LOW for 8-9 hrs. till the beans get cooked well.

SERVING
6.Serve hot
