Sausagemeat Roly Poly
|Plain flour||12 Ounce|
|Salt||1 Pinch (large)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded suet||6 Ounce|
|Sausage meat||12 Ounce|
|Tomato puree||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into bowl, add suet and mix well.
Add enough water to make a soft dough.
Roll out to an oblong about 10 in. by 8 in.
Roll out sausagemeat thinly to almost same size as dough; place on dough.
Spread tomato puree over sausagemeat and sprinkle with mustard.
Dampen edges of dough and roll up loosely.
Place on greased baking tray and bake for 1 hour.
