|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||2 , sliced fine into rings|
|Crushed black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Take a heavy bottomed pan and add the olive oil. Add the onions and sauté till it changes colour. Now add the sausages and stir. Add the crushed pepper and keeping stirring till the sausages turn golden brown. Add the beer and keep stirring, let the onions and sausages soak in the flavor of the beer. Take out when the onions are nice and soft and fully done. Serve as an appetizer or on a bun as a complete meal.
