Turkey Sausage With Home Style Potatoes

Ingredients
For potatoes
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 2 , diced
For sausage
  Ground turkey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg white 1
  Whole grain breadcrumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Fresh)
  Dried sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fennel seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Summer savory 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grated nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Ground red pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

To make the potatoes: In a 6-cup glass measure, combine the onions and soy sauce.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Add the potatoes and toss to combine.
Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Stir, cover again, and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Let stand, covered, until ready to serve.
To make the sausage: In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, egg white, breadcrumbs, sage, coriander, fennel, paprika, black pepper, marjoram, thyme, savory, nutmeg, and red pepper.
Mix well.
Form into four patties.
Place the patties on a baking sheet and broil about 4" from the heat for about 4 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
Flip and broil several more minutes to brown.
Serve hot with the potatoes.
