Oven Baked Sausage
|Country sausage in a casing||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prick sausage with a sharp table fork all over to allow fat to run out during cooking.
Place sausage in water in an oven dish or pan and cover with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove cover, turn sausage over and continue to bake uncovered for another 20 to 25 minutes or until sausage is brown.
Discard water and serve sausage.
