Sausage Skillet Supper

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, cut into pieces
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut into pieces
  Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, undrained (1 can)
  Elbow macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
  Tomato juice/Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place onion and green pepper in blender container; blend till coarsely chopped.
Cook sausage, onion, and pepper till meat browns; break up sausage as it cooks.
Drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
Cover.
Simmer 20 minutes; stir often.
Add sour cream.
Heat; do not boil.
