Sausage Skillet Supper
|Onion||1 Small, cut into pieces|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium, cut into pieces|
|Bulk pork sausage||1 Pound|
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce, undrained (1 can)|
|Elbow macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked|
|Tomato juice/Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place onion and green pepper in blender container; blend till coarsely chopped.
Cook sausage, onion, and pepper till meat browns; break up sausage as it cooks.
Drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
Simmer 20 minutes; stir often.
Add sour cream.
Heat; do not boil.
