Turkey Sausages With Exotic Fruits

Ingredients
  Turkey sausage 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Grams)
  Lemon ginger marinade 4 Tablespoon
  Kiwis 3 , peeled and cut into cubes
  Pineapples 250 Milliliter, cut into cubes (1 Cup)
  Papaya 250 Milliliter, cut into cubes (1 Cup)
  Soft butter 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Granulated sugar/Brown sugar 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Unsweetened orange juice 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Citrus zest 25 Milliliter (Orange, Grapefruit And Lemon Zests, 2 Tablespoons)
  White wine sauce 2 Ounce (1 Package, Store Brought)
Directions

Marinate the sausages in the lemon and ginger marinade for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Cook the sausages on the grill over medium heat for 15 minutes.
In a pan, brown the fruit for 5 minutes in the butter and sugar.
Add the orange juice and zests; reduce.
Add the white wine sauce; simmer for a few minutes.
