Sausage Ring With Tart Apple

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 24 Ounce (Two 12 Ounce Packages)
  Cracker crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Tart apple 1 Medium, peeled, finely chopped
Directions

Mix all ingredients together and fit into ring mold.
MICROWAVE 16 MINUTES on HIGH.
Turn out onto plate, MICROWAVE 6 MINUTES on HIGH.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Fill center with scrambled egg.
