Make Ahead Brunch Bake
|Bulk pork sausage||1 Pound|
|Eggs||6 , beaten|
|Half and half cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ground mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, divided (1 Cup)|
|French fried onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), divided (French'S)|
Crumble sausage into large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until browned; drain well. Stir in eggs, cream, salt, mustard, 1/2 cup cheese and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions; mix well. Pour into greased 7x11-inch baking dish. Refrigerate, covered, 8 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
