Sausages And Apples

Ingredients
  Sausages 500 Gram (1 pound)
  Apples 6 Medium, sliced (unpeeled)
  Sage/Savory 1 Milliliter (1/4 teaspoon)
  Brown sugar 50 Milliliter (3 tablespoon)
  Cinnamon 2 Milliliter (1/2 teaspoon)
  Cloves 1 Milliliter, ground (1/4 teaspoon)
Directions

Fry me sausages in a large cast iron frying pan.
When done remove from fat and set aside.
Slice the apples, add to all the fat remaining in the pan, sprinkle on the top the sage or savory, brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Stir together over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring once.
Uncover, add the sausages, stir again and simmer another 5 minutes over low heat.
