Sausage And Bean Hot Pot

Ingredients
  Thin beef sausages 500 Gram
  Brown onion 150 Gram, thinly sliced (1 Medium Piece)
  Canned baked beans 440 Gram
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 410 Gram
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Prick sausages using fork. Cook sausages in Large non-stick frying pan until well browned all over and cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper; slice thickly.
2. Add onion to pan; cook, stirring, until onion is soft.
3. Return sausages to pan with undrained beans, paste and undrained crushed tomatoes; stir until hot. Serve sprinkled with parsley; accompany with mashed potatoes and creamed corn, if desired.
