Sausage And Bean Hot Pot
|Thin beef sausages||500 Gram|
|Brown onion||150 Gram, thinly sliced (1 Medium Piece)|
|Canned baked beans||440 Gram|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned tomatoes||410 Gram|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1. Prick sausages using fork. Cook sausages in Large non-stick frying pan until well browned all over and cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper; slice thickly.
2. Add onion to pan; cook, stirring, until onion is soft.
3. Return sausages to pan with undrained beans, paste and undrained crushed tomatoes; stir until hot. Serve sprinkled with parsley; accompany with mashed potatoes and creamed corn, if desired.
