Rigatoni with Turkey Sausage
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Turkey sausage||1 Pound, smoked|
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Canned no salt added whole tomatoes||43 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (3 Can)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rigatoni pasta||12 Ounce (Short Tubular Pasta, Uncooked)|
Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add sausage, onion, and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until sausage is browned, stirring often.
Add tomato and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove and discard bay leaves.
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
Place pasta in a large serving bowl; add sausage mixture, and toss well.
