Rigatoni with Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Turkey sausage 1 Pound, smoked
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Canned no salt added whole tomatoes 43 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (3 Can)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 3
  Rigatoni pasta 12 Ounce (Short Tubular Pasta, Uncooked)
Directions

Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add sausage, onion, and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until sausage is browned, stirring often.
Add tomato and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove and discard bay leaves.
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
Place pasta in a large serving bowl; add sausage mixture, and toss well.
