Sausage Appetizers

Ingredients
  Refrigerated butterflake rolls 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot sausage 1⁄2 Pound, crumbled
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snipped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Generously grease miniature muffin tins.
Separate rolls into eight sections.
Press each piece between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick and fit into muffin cups.
Brown sausage in small skillet; drain well.
Spoon egually over dough.
Mix eggs, cottage cheese, chives and pepper .
Stir in Parmesan.
Spoon over sausage and bake until filling is lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
Sausage Appetizers can be made ahead and frozen before or after baking.
Reheat before serving.
