Sausage Zucchini Boats

Ingredients
  Zucchini 2 Pound
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄4 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Saltine cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Cook whole zucchini in boiling salted water till barely tender, 7 to 10 minutes.
Cut each in half lengthwise; scoop squash from shells and mash.
Cook sausage and onion; drain off excess fat.
Stir in mashed zucchini.
Reserving 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix well.
Spoon into zucchini shells.
Place shells in a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese and dash with paprika.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
