Sausages In Jackets
|Pork sausages||6 Large|
|White bread slice||6 , crusts removed|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Ounce, melted (50 Gram)|
Fry or grill the sausages until they are cooked.
Drain well on kitchen paper.
Spread each slice of bread with mustard and then with pickle.
Place a sausage across one corner of each slice of bread and roll up.
Secure with wooden cocktail sticks.
Brush the bread with melted butter and grill until the bread jackets are toasted and golden brown all over.
