Beef Sausage And Corn Stew

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliter)
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Red pepper 1 , pith and seeds removed and chopped
  Stewing steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed (675 Gram)
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Beef stock 1 3⁄4 Pint (1 Liter)
  Canned butter beans 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 125 Gram)
  Bacon slices 2 , chopped
  Garlic sausages 8 Ounce, sliced (225 Gram)
  Canned sweetcorn 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 225 Gram)
Directions

Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
Add the onions, pepper and beef and fry for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the meat is evenly browned.
Gradually stir in the paprika and stock.
Add the butter beans, bacon, garlic sausage and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
Add the sweetcorn and simmer for a further 30 minutes.
