Peachy Sausage Ring
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Quick cooking oats||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked|
|Pork sausage||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped apple||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Crushed basil||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground sage||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned peach halves||6 , drained|
Combine egg, milk, and oats in a bowl.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, except peaches.
Arrange peach halves, cut side up, in a microwave ring pan.
Spoon the sausage mixture over the peaches and pack uniformly.
Cover with paper towel.
Microwave at HIGH 14 to 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn at 5 minute intervals.
Drain drippings and let stand, covered, 5 to 8 minutes.
