Fruit Filled Sausages
|Thick beef sausages||8|
|Crushed pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dessicated coconut||2 Tablespoon|
|Hoisin sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use The Tasty Cheese)|
|Frozen peas||250 Gram|
1. Heat browning dish on HIGH for five minutes. Prick sausages, add to dish with butter, roll back and forth to brown, cook on MEDIUM for eight minutes. Drain off any liquid
2. Combine pineapple, sultanas and coconut. Slit sausages lenghthways, fill with pineapple mixture. Mix together honey and hoisin sauce, drizzle over sausages.
3. Prick potatoes with fork, place on outer edge of turntable, cook on HIGH for eight to ten minutes, or until tender. Leave covered for ten minutes.
4. Meanwhile place peas in shallow dish cover, cook on HIGH for five minutes. Leave covered. Halve tomatoes, top with cheese, cook on HIGH for three and a half minutes.
