Sweet And Sour Sausage Balls

Ingredients
  Bulk sausage 2 Pound
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Soft breadcrumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Catsup 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brown sugar 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Pour off drippings.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; add sausage balls.
Simmer 20 minutes.
