Country Style Sausage Links
|Lean ground pork||1 Pound|
|Egg white||1 , lightly beaten|
|Minced onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Rubbed sage||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried whole thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fennel seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
Shape mixture into 12 links.
Place a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add half of sausage links, and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until browned, turning frequently.
Drain well on paper towels.
Repeat procedure with remaining links.
