Tuscany Sausage And Rice Skillet

Ingredients
  Italian sausage 3⁄4 Pound, cut into 1-inch slices, casings removed
  Onion 1 Medium, cut into thin wedges
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Thin bell pepper strips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Colored Green)
  Thin bell pepper strips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Colored Red)
  Chicken broth 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Instant rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook sausage with onion and garlic in 10-inch skillet until sausage is cooked through.
Pour off all but 1 tablespoon drippings.
Add pepper strips, broth and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle with cheese
