Cheese Sausage Bake
|Elbow macaroni||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sharp cheddar cold pack cheese food||8 Ounce (1 Cup, At Room Temperature)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pimiento||2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Jar)|
|Brown and serve sausages||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender-crisp.
Combine soup, cheese, milk, and mayonnaise in bowl.
Stir well to blend.
Place all ingredients except sausages in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
Arrange sausages, spoke-fashion, on top.
Bake uncovered at 350°F.for 30 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
