Skinless Pork Sausage
In this episode, chef Marie shows us a recipe that she has grown up with and its longanisa or skinless pork sausage. It’s easy to make with ground beef and few other simple ingredients. The brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce imparts an unique blend of flavors to the ground meat. She mixes up all the ingredients and shapes into small rolls like sausages and dry roasts them in a pan. They look absolutely mouth watering.
