Sausage Sloppy Joes
|Butter||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Green pepper||1 , thinly sliced|
|Canned tomatoes||28 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can, 796 Milliliter)|
|Stuffed green olives||125 Milliliter, chopped (1/2 Cup)|
|Pepperoni sausages||2 Small, sliced|
|Cornstarch||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Cold water||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Hamburger buns||4 , toasted open|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||300 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)|
Place butter, onion and green pepper in casserole.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and season to taste.
Add olives and pepperoni; microwave 4 minutes covered.
Mix cornstarch with water; stir into casserole and microwave 1 minute uncovered.
Separate hamburger buns and place tops over bottoms.
Set on cookie sheet and spoon sausage mixture over breacl.
Top with cheese and broil in conventional oven until melted.
