Sausage N Beans

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Yellow onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Kielbasa/Frankfurters, or knockwurst 1 Pound, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  Barbecued baked beans 2 Can (20 oz), drained
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Yellow squash/1 zucchini and 1 yellow squash 2 Medium, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/2 inch thick
Directions

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over moderate heat for 1 minute.
Add the onion and kielbasa, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Add the beans, water, tomato paste, mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, adjust the heat so that the mixture bubbles gendy, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.
Add the squash, cover, and simmer 5 to 7 minutes more or until it is tender.
