Chicken Sausage Terrine

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 6
  Cooked and cubed chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, cut up
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1.25 Slices)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
  Ham slice 8 Ounce, cut into strips (Thin Slices)
Directions

Partially cook bacon on paper plate, covered with paper toweling, at HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Lay bacon lengthwise in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf dish.
Grind chicken, onion, and garlic through fine blade of food grinder.
Combine egg, crumbs, milk, brandy, and seasonings.
Add chicken mixture and sausage; mix well.
Pat 1/3 ground meat mixture over bacon.
Cover with half the ham strips.
Repeat, ending with ground meat.
Cover with waxed paper.
Place another loaf ,dish of the same size atop loaf.
Cook, at MEDIUM (5) for 25 minutes, giving dish half turn once.
Cool; remove from pan.
Wrap tightly; chill at least 8 hours.
