Sage Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Rubbed sage 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1 Pinch
Directions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Shape into six patties.
Chill at least 1 hour.
In a skillet over medium heat, fry patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned and no longer pink in the center.
