Country Breakfast Sausage is an amazingly delicious breakfast recipe. Try this tempting and alluring Country Breakfast Sausage; I am sure you will always want to have it for your family!
Ingredients
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried sage leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground red cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend.
Shape into 6 patties.
Cook in lightly greased skillet over medium heat about 15 minutes or until browned on both sides and centers are no longer pink, turning occasionally.
