|Bulk pork sausage||1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and crumbled|
|Onion and garlic croutons||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||12 Ounce (3 Cups)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place sausage and croutons in a greased 13-in.x9-in.x 2-in.baking dish.
In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Stir in cheese, milk and salt; pour into pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Garnish with tomato slices if desired.
