Sweet Minted Lamb Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried mint 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground lamb 1 Pound (Freshly Ground)
  Yellow cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, blend pineapple juice and seasonings.
Add ground lamb and cornmeal.
Mix the old-fashioned way.
