|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground paprika||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pepper flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Cayenne)|
|Ground sage||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground beef||1 Pound (Freshly Ground)|
|40% bran flakes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine egg and vegetable juice in a large bowl and blend in the seasonings.
Add ground beef and bran flakes.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
