Hot Beef Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Chilled cocktail vegetable juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Cayenne)
  Ground sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound (Freshly Ground)
  40% bran flakes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine egg and vegetable juice in a large bowl and blend in the seasonings.
Add ground beef and bran flakes.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
