1 1⁄2 Pound
Sherry wine vinegar
Minced fresh parsley
3 Clove (15 gm)
Place the turkey in a large mixing bowl.
Add the egg whites, vinegar, parsley, tamari, oregano, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, marjoram, sage, thyme, and cayenne.
Add the garlic by pushing it through a garlic press into the bowl.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Form the mixture into 16 patties.
Brown the patties in a no-stick skillet
