Shell Pasta With Sweet Sausage
|Small shell pasta/Macaroni||1⁄2 Pound|
|Sweet italian sausage||6 Ounce (Mild)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Half and half/Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Cook in boiling water until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Remove skin, chop, and saute in oil until done, breaking with a fork to crumble.
Bring to a boil.
Add to above along with cooked sausage and heat thoroughly.
Add pasta to sauce, toss, and serve with more Parmesan cheese if desired.
