Ingredients
  Burgundy wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled
  White flour 1 Teaspoon
  Ground bay leaf 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground clove 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground savory 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh)
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh)
  Yellow cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour chilled wine into a large bowl.
Blend flour and seasonings into the wine.
Add pork, beef and cornmeal.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
