Sausage And Hominy Brunch
|White hominy||29 Ounce (Drained)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pork sausages||1 Pound|
Combine the hominy, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a bowl; stir to blend.
Place in 9 in. (23 cm) square baking pan.
Set a wire cake rack over the same baking pan and lay the sausages on the rack.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until sausages are browned.
Drain the hominy.
Mound hominy in middle of heated platter.
Surround with sausages.
