Alsation Pork and Sausage Bake is a treat for your taste buds. This German Pork and sausage bake has much more to woo you than mere meat. Greeen cabbage and apples along with borwn sugar and grape juice seasonings make this bake truly compelling. Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 32 Ounce, drained (Two 16 Ounce Bags Or Cans, Drained)
  Knackwurst 16 Ounce, cut into 1-inch pieces (1 Package)
  Potatoes 4 Medium, cut into 1/4 inch-thick slices
  Green cabbage head 1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced
  Red cooking apple 1 , cut into thin wedges
  White grape juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pork loin country style ribs 3 Pound, cut into serving-sized pieces
Directions

1. In 14 1/2 by 11 1/2" roasting pan, mix first 7 ingredients; set aside.
2. In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook ribs until browned on both sides. Tuck ribs into sauerkraut. Cover pan with foil and bake in 350°F. oven 1 1/2 hours.
3. Uncover pan and bake 30 minutes longer, occasionally basting mixture with liquid in pan, until meat and potatoes are fork-tender.
