Grilled Smoked Sausage
|Apricot preserves/Pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Smoked sausage||1 1⁄2 Pound|
In small suacepan, heat preserves.
Strain; reserve fruit pieces.
Combine strained preserve liquid with lemon juice.
Grill whole sausage, on uncovered grill, over low Charcoal Briquets 5 minutes.
Brush with glaze; grill sausage about 5 minutes longer, turning and brushing with glaze occasionally.
Garnish with fruit pieces.
