Grilled Smoked Sausage

This grilled smoked sausage is an icredibly simple grill cooked sausage recipe. Flavored with a apricot and pineapple preserves, the grilled smoked sausage is basted with the fruited glaze with a hint of lemon to it. Garnished with fruit pieces it may be served with accompaniments of choice.
Ingredients
  Apricot preserves/Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Smoked sausage 1 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

In small suacepan, heat preserves.
Strain; reserve fruit pieces.
Combine strained preserve liquid with lemon juice.
Grill whole sausage, on uncovered grill, over low Charcoal Briquets 5 minutes.
Brush with glaze; grill sausage about 5 minutes longer, turning and brushing with glaze occasionally.
Garnish with fruit pieces.
