Harvest Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
  Bulk sausage 1 Pound
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced
  Chopped onions 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chicken flavor instant bouillon cubes/4 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes 4 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Herb-seasoned stuffing mix 14 Ounce (Two 7 Ounce Packages)
  Minced meat 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (1/2 Jar)
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and coarsely chopped (1 Can)
  Poultry seasoning 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In large skillet, brown sausage; pour off fat.
Add celery, mushrooms and onions; cook until onions are tender.
Add bouillon and water to sausage mixture; bring to a boil.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients with sausage mixture; mix well.
Use to stuff turkey loosely just before roasting.
Place remaining stuffing in 2-quart greased baking dish; cover.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until hot.
Refrigerate leftovers.
