|Bacon drippings||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Prick the sausages well with a fork to prevent them from bursting in the cooking.
Melt the bacon drippings in the pan and put the sausages in.
Cover the pan with a loose lid.
Turn the sausages from time to time until they are well browned.
Cooking time 6 minutes.
Drain the sausages on absorbent paper and serve with broiled bacon.
Or you can broil them.
But it is very important to remember to prick them, especially if the sausages are freshly made by your own pork butcher.
