Sausage Castles

Ingredients
  Pork sausage meat 2 Cup (32 tbs), formed into a roll about 2 inches in diameter
  Egg 1
  Seasoned all purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canned chopped tomatoes 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Small, roughly chopped
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Cut sausage meat evenly into 6 thick slices. Pat into rounds and coat with egg and seasoned flour.
2 Preheat a browning dish: 4 minutes on full power for small size; 6 minutes on full power for a large size.
3 Put oil into the dish and all sausage meat rounds.
4 Microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Turn rounds over and microwave on power 5 for 6 minutes.
5 Remove from microwave oven and transfer to a warmed 30 x 20 x 5cm/ 12x8x2 inch ovenproof glass dish. Cover and set aside.
6 To make the sauce: put all sauce ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
7 Pour into a 1 litre/1 3/4 pint (4 1/4 cup) jug and microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
8 Pass through a sieve onto warm sausage meat rounds.
