Pork Sausage Logs
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Lean ground pork||1 Pound|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), pressed|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||4 Teaspoon|
|Lightly packed minced parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Mix ground meats, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oil, and parsley until well blended.
Using about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each, shape into logs about 2 1/2 inches long.
Cover and chill until firm
Place on lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of medium-glowing coals.
Cook, turning occasionally, for 12 to 15 minutes or until well browned on all sides and meat is no longer pink when slashed.
