Sausage Ring

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a 1 quart casserole, blend sausage, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, and parsley flakes. Mold into a ring and place a small glass, open end up, in the center of the ring.2. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
3. Rest 5 minutes, remove glass from center, and invert ring on plate to serve. Center may be filled with cooked rice or noodles. If using for breakfast, center may be filled with scrambled eggs
