Sausages Fried Eggs And Browned Potatoes

€¢ Scrub the potatoes. Make one or two incisions in each one with the point of a knife. Place on a microwave rack. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes at HIGH. Cool.
€¢ Sprinkle the sausages with paprika. Place in an 8 X 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) baking dish and microwave 5 to 6 minutes at HIGH, turning the sausages halfway through the cooking. Sausages will be browned here and there.
€¢ Place on a warm serving platter. Keep in a warm place.
€¢ Peel the potatoes, dice, sprinkle with paprika and green onions. Mix and pour into the sausage cooking fat. Mix together and place in the shape of a crown around the dish. Microwave 5 minutes at HIGH. Stir well and add the sausages.
€¢ Melt the butter 1 minute at HIGH in the middle of the dish.
€¢ Break the eggs into it. Prick each yolk and each white with the point of a knife. Cover the dish with plastic wrap or waxed paper. Microwave at MEDIUM 1 minute for each egg or a little more if you wish.
